How Tutors Get and Apply for Leads

  1. Accessing Leads: Tutors check for available leads on the website’s leads page:

  2. Applying for a Lead: To apply for a specific lead, a tutor simply clicks the "Apply Now" button.

    When you apply for an Order ID, a prefilled message will appear (please do not modify it):

    Hello Sir/Mam, good evening. I am interested in Order ID, which is nearby me for the location. I have reviewed the details carefully and I am ready for the trial class. Kindly assign this order to me. (Just Send via WhatsApp)

  3. Automatic Data Capture: When the tutor clicks "Apply Now," their information, including their Tutor ID, Name, and Phone number, is automatically captured by the system.

  4. Automated Acknowledgment: The system immediately sends a confirmation message to the tutor. The message acknowledges receipt of their application and informs them that their profile has been forwarded to the client.

  5. Profile Sharing: The system then shares the tutor's profile directly with the client (the student's parent).

  6. Conference Call Connection: If the client wishes to speak with the tutor, the DoAble India team facilitates a conference call to connect them directly.

This streamlined process ensures tutors are immediately informed that their application was successful and that their profile is being reviewed by the client.
